In a small factory in Tallinn, where the air is filled with the aroma of real chocolate and roasted cacao beans, our family creates chocolate art — we are Sergey, Marina, Alexander, and Daria. There are no large industrial halls here, only warmth, comfort, and genuine love for every cacao bean.
Every week, we roast and grind cacao beans together in a melanger, and each bar that leaves our hands carries a piece of our soul. The name TЁRT was born from the Russian word “to grind.” We literally transform cacao beans into magic: into finely ground cacao that becomes the foundation of our unique chocolate symphonies. Bean-to-bar is not just a technology for us — it is a ritual, where every step brings us closer to the perfection of flavor.

Our story is a story of love for cacao

Sergey has devoted more than 35 years of his life to cacao, Marina brings 30 years of wisdom in management and inspiration, Alexander contributes over 12 years of experience in logistics and operations, and Daria adds eight years of hands-on craftsmanship. But TЁRT is much more than decades of knowledge — it is a family that lives through chocolate, filling every product with light, inspiration, and sincere love.

Our chocolate is born from handcraft — challenging and beautiful at the same time — a labor that unites our team every day. We refine every process as if it were a small ritual of love, turning cacao beans into music of flavor.

We create chocolate that carries within it the story of the land where the cacao beans grew: the story of the farmers’ families, of sunny days, rains, winds, and time itself.

Together with our partner and dear friend Juan, we travel around the world in search of the most noble and rare cacao beans. We visit plantations personally, meet the farmers who have been growing cacao for generations, and build warm, honest, long-lasting relationships with them.
We work directly with farming families, sharing their values, their respect for the land, and their love for their craft. And we are the ones who bring the cacao beans to Estonia ourselves — from their native plantations straight to our small factory.
