  • Participants will learn to craft 2–3 delicious variations of hot chocolate and cocoa, from the timeless classic (with the option of whipped cream) to bold spiced versions featuring chili, cardamom, or a hint of salt, and a refreshing iced cocoa with a creative twist.

  • Act I: Classic hot chocolate

    Technique explained: how to properly melt chocolate, avoid overheating the milk, and achieve the perfect thickness

  • Act II: Spiced hot chocolate

    This session covers selecting the right spice combinations, mastering proportions, and crafting the drink with care. Dive into the world of spices and learn how to create a perfectly balanced cup of spiced hot chocolate.

  • Act III: Iced cocoa

    A fun, trendy, and delightful drink, this session focuses on creating a simple yet refreshing iced cocoa. Learn how to enhance it with creative infusions and finish it off with eye-catching decorations edible glitter, foam and flower petals.
