Choose your format
Option A — Create Your Own Chocolate
Each participant creates three chocolate bars using dark, milk and white chocolate.
Option B — Chocolate Bonbons
Each participant makes four bonbons. Options include salted caramel, praline or infused ganache. For the ganache format, four flavours can be selected in advance.
Option C — Kakao Bar Lab
Participants receive a chocolate base and create their own chocolate drink using spices, alcohol and toppings. Each participant receives 100 g of cocoa as a gift.
